tonight's dish: spiced pumpkin salad!
it actually turned out better than i was expecting, since i had to improvise a little bit, on account of my pantry not having half the things i thought it had (and had therefore not bought while out shopping). i also made another omelette (“omelette”), since the pumpkin salad is for tomorrow’s lunch, and i needed food in my belly tonight.
